What is your return policy?

  • Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable.

  • Regrettably earrings cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Please contact HannahMary Jewellery before returning any items that you are unhappy with at: we always endeavour to keep you smiling :)

  • You have 1 week to return your item providing the product is, in its original undamaged and unworn condition, carefully wrapped in its original packaging.

  • A refund will only be issued when goods have been received and inspected at the workshop.

  • You will be refunded via the same method as your original payment.

What are the payment options?

You can Pay for your Jewellery order or Workshop session online by using PayPal, your bank card OR in person at the Workshop on collection.


UK delivery costs include your HannahMary Jewellery packaging & the Royal Mail postage charge for 1st Class recorded and Special Delivery services. The standard starting cost per order is £7.50 but can vary depending on the total value/ weight of the order.

Workshop Refunds

If you are unable to attend a workshop you have paid for, please notify HannahMary ASAP. A refund can be made less a £20 deposit to the payment method you originally used.
Alternatively you can transfer the money over and book onto another course.
