UK delivery costs include your HannahMary Jewellery packaging & the Royal Mail postage charge for 1st Class recorded and Special Delivery services. The standard starting cost per order is £7.50 but can vary depending on the total value/ weight of the order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We always retain proof of postage & tracking numbers.Your order will need signing for by you unless stated otherwise.
Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable.
Regrettably earrings cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you have 1 week to return your item providing the product is, in its original undamaged and unworn condition, carefully wrapped in its original packaging.HannahMary Jewellery must be informed by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt if there is a fault or problem with a product. A refund will only be issued when goods have been received and inspected at the workshop.

BESPOKE & INSPIRINGS
Please note, that when ordering a ring or bangle, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the size ordered is correct. If an item corresponds to the size ordered, no refund will be made. To avoid disappointment, please use our ring size tool (on sale in our shop) to find your size, or visit a local jeweller who can help you find this out.
When ordering bespoke and personalised jewellery for a special occasion please contact us to find out workshop waiting times.
